When Rob and Lauren contacted me about photographing their elopement in Kalispell, I’ve got to tell you I was thrilled. Elopements are one of my favorite to photograph! Rob and Lauren planned their elopement for the middle part of October. Lauren asked me prior to the event, if I thought it would be cold, I responded, “Well. . . it depends on what your definition of cold is.” When she told me she grew up in Missoula, I knew she’d be good. But, seriously, the weather in Montana is so unpredictable. It could be sunny and warm in October or an all-out blizzard. This day it was perfect and I was down to a sleeveless shirt.
